The cheapest customer is the one you already have
For over a century, Dunn Lumber has served the Seattle community, building second and third-generation customers. They wanted to find a way to continue to provide value to this loyal customer base while investing in the next generation of customers.
Developing fourth-generation customers
When it comes to becoming a contractor, apprenticeships are few and far between, and training programs are hard to come by. Dunn Lumber wanted to create a digital apprenticeship experience, and that’s how Dunn Solutions was born.
Create content to help contractors thrive
I developed a content strategy based on conversations with industry experts, Dunn Lumber customers, and search trends. I worked with second-generation master craftsman Daniel Westbrook and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify, produce, write and publish blog content on Dunn Solutions to teach the next generation of contractors.
