Let’s learn about waste

Over the past 15 years, Kaas Tailored has hosted over 40,000 guests in their fully functional factory, where they practice Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement,  teaching guests simple ways to reduce waste every day in their business. But then, the pandemic hit.

We can’t have friends over, now what?

During the pandemic, they wanted to continue teaching people how to reduce waste but could no longer host anyone in their facility.

We’ve got a camera and a website

Working with President Jeff Kaas, I created a blog and wrote a series of educational content along with very simple videos (due to covid restrictions) to teach the basics of Kaizen. I then worked with the Kaas Tailored team to host a series of virtual events during the fall of 2020, introducing businesses to one of the basic principles of Kaizen, a Daily Management System.

A scalable subscription model, at home or in person

After setting up a digital ecosystem for Kaas Tailored to create content and host events, they were able to create an online subscription model, where they could virtually (and eventually physically) host guests from around the world in their factory once again.
